Good catch matrix. But I think Policy Expert is trying to make point that you don't have to pay any charges while withdrawing month through Debit card.

A credit card permits you to borrow cash from a bank to create purchases, whether or not you’re shopping for a burger or a return ticket to France. As long as you pay back the money you borrow within the “grace period” of 25-30 days, you don’t have to be compelled to pay further. If you don’t pay it back in this fundamental quantity, you’ll have to be compelled to pay interest — a proportion of the money you owe the bank — on high of what you borrowed.
Like a credit card, a debit card is a payment card that enables you to create secure and straightforward purchases on-line and personally.Unlike a credit card, a debit credit attracts directly from your bank account.
You’re not borrowing; the cash on your debit card is your own.And you can use it to access your cash at ATMs.
