    Default Home loan and HRA claim?

    Hi, I have taken home loan and my organization also offer me the HRA benefit. Can I claim both the above benefit simultaneously? If not which one is the best to claim to save more tax.

    Yes, You can claim both benefit, If you are not living in the house, you have taken loan for and also not rented out.

    I have taken claim last year for both no problem at all.
