Completed 15 years of my PPF account. Wanted to withdraw some of the deposited money?

I have completed 15 years of my PPF account and looking to extend it for another 5 years. I have a query that I wanted to withdraw some of the deposited money and remain invested for the remaining investment in PPF for next five years. Please suggest me if this is possible. If yes please tell me the method – how to go about?
