Not getting Form 16 : Is he eligible to take home loan without any difficulty?

My name is Asmi. I have some query regarding home loan.

I want to take joint account loan which is include Husband salray and me, but my husband not getting Form 16, but his company is deducting PT from his salary slip. I get form 16.

Is he eligible to take home loan without any difficulty?

Please guide me
