Which one is best Retirement Pension Mutual Fund?

Am looking to invest in Templeton India Pension Plan and UTI Retirement Benefit Pension Fund for my retirement. Please suggest me which one is better. I have a long term horizon (around 20-25 years). I am looking to invest around Rs 15000/- per month.
