Which Lcd TV to buy (samsung,LG,SONY) - Need suggestions?

Need suggestion on which LCD to buy , thinking of buying a lcd tv 40 inches, which one is the best choice for me

• bravia-not full hd! dynamic contrast ratio 15000:1
• samsung-full hd dynamic contrast ratio 15000:1
• scarlet-LG60 -not full hd dynamic contrast ratio 50000:1
