How to do:
Just go to IT dept website
Online IT return - http://incometaxindia.gov.in/

Download return calculation software

Read the instructions and fill the form. Then create an account on http://incometaxindia.gov.in/ using your PAN number as user name.

Upload the xml generated.

Take the print of the acknowledgment and sent it using ordinary post to the Bangalore office as specified on the acknowledgment.*
