    Default Bharti-AXA ULIP plan

I have bought Bharti-AXA ULIP plan in year 2007 and paid only one primium Rs.30,000/-. Thereafter due to some personal issues, I did not pay anything. Can I claim back my invested amount after 3 years or surrender the above policy. Please advice.

    Thanks,

    Insured

I have no idea about said Bharti-AXA plan. But you will get surrender value only when you will pay 3 year premium. As you have paid only for one year premium, you are not eligible for this.

You will not get anything, if you have not paid first 3 years mandatory premium.
