Wrong info on Renewal Notice?
Today, I have received renewal notice for my car insurance and to my surprise, they have mentioned on renewal notice that I have taken a claim of Rs. 6000/- last year. In reality, I have not taken any claim for last three years. So my hard earned - no claim bonus for last 3 year gone missing in the renewal notice. What to do now? Just to add, I have received this insurance from my dealer, when I have bought this new car, so no insurance agent involved. So just wondering whom to call?
Call the customer care of the insurance company and provide your policy no and renewal no and ask them to check and correct the renewal notice and send you the correct one.
It’s very simple go to the Insurance company or insurance agent they sort-out the error.
