Question Deduction of mediclaim premium under section 80D for dependent in-laws?

I am and my spouse both are working in a pvt. organisation. My father and mother in laws are dependent on us and living with us. Can I claim deduction of mediclaim premium under section 80D for dependent in-laws?

You can claim only for your spouse, children and parents.

Your wife cannot claim for her parents or your parents, even if she is earning. You can only claim for your parents.
