							My Answer 0213Going from left to right.

 Lets consider 4th digit to be x.
 now digit 1 is three less than digit 4 ... x-3
 which is (digit 4) is 1 more than digit 2. so digit 2 is..x-1
 which is (digit 2) is twice than digit 3... so digit 3 is .. (x-1)/2
 also digit 3 is 1 more than 1/3 of digit 4 .. so x/3 +1

 so digit 3 are :
 x/3 + 1 = (x-1)/2--------******
 2x/3 + 2= x-1
 x=2x/3 + 1
 3x=2x + 3
 x=3

 and digit are 0213

							6849

 Digit 2 is twice of digit 3

 2- 2468
 3- 1234

 digit 4 is one more than digit 2

 2- 2468
 3- 1234
 4- 3579

 digit 1 is 3 less than digit 4

 1- 0246
 2- 2468
 3- 1234
 4- 3579

 so four possible solutions uptill now are 0213, 2425, 4637, 6849

 digit 3 is not a prime number and is 1 more than 1/3 of digit 4
 hence it is 6849

 1- 0248
 2- 2468
 3- 1234
 4- 3579
