health insurance for my family best between ICICI LOMBARD, Apollo Munich and Oriental Insurance

I am looking to buy health insurance (sum insured around 5-6 lakh) for my family - myself (36 yrs), wife (35 yrs), and my daughter (5 yrs), and none of us has any pre existing diseases. I can pay maximum premium between Rs 10,000 to Rs 15000. Can you also advice which company has better track record between ICICI LOMBARD, Apollo Munich and Oriental Insurance.
