Diabetic : looking for online term insurance plan?

I am diabetic since last 6 years and also taking oral medicines to curb it.
1- Will I get online term plan?

2- Will there be an additional premium loading on my term plan?

May be and may not be, it's too subjective and all depends on the insurance companies underwriting policies.
