Exclamation What if in an emergency I don't have time to call up?

    Hi All,

I am going Australia on business trip. I have taken a policy from National Insurance Company. In the policy wording document supplied with the policy it is written that for any emergency you need to contact their TPA no. My query is that as I am going alone - What if in an emergency I don't have time to call up?
Will the travel insurance cover me?

    Regards,
    Vijay

Vijay - Its good you have read the policy wording. Please carry Important TPA no with you always.

In case of emergency, you must contact TPA within 48 hours and you have to provide the details about the insured. If you cannot contact anybody (your friend or doctor or family member) can call TPA and inform them.
