Health Protection Plus Or Health Plus?

I am looking for Health Insurance for my family. My insurance agent suggested me LIC and told me the Health Insurance Plans of LIC - 1- Health Protection Plus

2- Health Plus.
Please guide me which of the above plans is best for me and my family.
