Most of the insurance company won't cover pre-existing disease in their travel policies, its an exclusion. I am not sure but some companies might cover this in corporate travel plan.
I have Googled and found out that ICICI Lombard - Gold Plan cover - Pre-existing conditions except in case of life-threatening situations.

I am afraid that there is no product which completely cover pre-existing disease. The product suggested by Lethal, has limited coverage.Quote:
