Aegon Religare's iTerm Plan or Aviva - iLife Plan : which one of the above is the best plan for me?

I am looking to buy online term plan of Rs.50 Lac. After doing online search, I have short listed following 2 plan -
1. Aegon Religare's iTerm Plan
2. Aviva - iLife Plan

I would like to know - which one of the above is the best plan for me & what is the claim settlement ration of the above companies? Or should I look for another plan.

Could you please share on what criteria you did the research?

1- Are you looking for cheapest term plan?
2- Only Online term plan?
3- Check claim settlement ration yourself.
