Am I eligible for tax rebate under sec 80D?

I am single and my father is retired now. I am looking to cover my father, mother under a family medical policy. The health insurance will covers father and mother for 4 Lakh each and 2 lakh for my coverage. Am I eligible for tax rebate under sec 80D, as my father s retired now?
