My LIC agency got terminated - What is the min requirement for reinstatement of agency?

I couldn't complete min criteria of agency on 3rd year of my agency i.e 2012-2013. Due to which my agency got terminated on Feb 2013. My license is renewed. This is my 4th yr. My confusion is at the time of requisition for reinstatement of agency, how much policies and premium should be given? What is the min requirement? I heard that 12 policies and 1 lakh premium is required. Is it true?
