Which one to buy - Overseas medical insurance or Travel insurance?

Overseas medical insurance and Travel insurance - both of them are same thing, it is just the way various people speak.

I would use the comparing website and check the coverage and price before deciding. My favorite is ICICI Lombard and Royal Sundram.
