Wrong LIC Policy details : Date of Birth?

LIC has uploaded wrong DOB and was trying for the past 2 years to change with the correct details but all in vain. Please let me know if I can do it online. If yes what all supporting documents I need for this?

It's not possible online. You need to visit LIC branch with a original proof of "Date of birth".
