Wrong Start date of travel insurance policy?
I have bought a Travel insurance policy from ICICI Lombard online on 27th August 2009 for my visit to UK. I have filled all the details online and made the payment through my Credit card. And received policy details.
Accidently I have wrongly mentioned my date of birth ie. 24th Sept, as travel start date, but should be 6th Sept. What should I do to correct the date?

No probs. This will be corrected with the help of Policy amendment. Please call the customer care of the insurance company, check if it is possible over phone. Otherwise visit branch and give them a request letter with the policy document.

Better personally visit the branch and rectify the mistake, otherwise it would take very long (I have similar experience of the same).
Visit any branch office and rectify the issue. It won't take much time.
