What all Complaint can I file?
The complaint may relate to any grievance against the any Post Office Investment Products e.g. Indira Vikas Pathra, Kisan Vikas Pathra, Monthly Income Scheme, National Savings Certificate, Public Providend Fund, Savings Bank i.e.
(a) Issue of Duplicate Certificate
(b) Issue of Encashment of Certificate
(c) Transfer of Certificate
(d) Closer/Premature Closer etc.
(e) Any complaint on the services rendered and concerning behaviour of employees of the Department of Posts.
Things You Need
1- Type of Transaction e.g. Duplicate Certificate, Transfer of Certificate
2- Complaint Type
3- Date of Transaction
4- Reference No. (if any)
5- Transaction Post Office Name
6- Details of complaint
7- Your Details- Name, Address, email, Telephone/Mobile
How to Lodge Online Complaint
There are two ways you can lodge your Complaint Online (but we suggest, please first lodge your complaint offline with the post office and if you are not getting satisfactory answer then register your complaint online first with IndiaPost and then with National Savings Institute)

Things you Take Care
1- Keep all original documents related to your complaint with yourself, till your complaint is not solved.
2- Complaint Number / Complaint code: For each registered complaint, a code is generated on the basis of the information provided. Keep this for future reference.
3- On the basis of Complaint Number/ Complaint Code you can check the status of your complaint online.
